Project Abstract | Expected Benefits: Reduction in hazardous sludge 30 tons. Elimination of occasional requirement to dump entire 55m3 flux tank. Reduction and possible elimination of Hydrogen Peroxide, Ammonia and Zinc Chloride. Elimination of Rinse Water disposal -250m3. The proposed flux treatment process will generate Iron Oxide. Galco will investigate the potential to reuse this in their pickling baths.
