Our Products The company created and successfully launched the first GIS based property analysis toolset - 'spatialest' for the global public sector taxation market in 2005. Our emergence as Spatialest extends the company’s expertise into the Financial Analytics market through the new product suite, spatialest Analytics. spatialest Anayltics is a flexible web-based framework designed to provide complex Land, Property and Planning management and valuation solutions. COBACORE also aims to improve the matching of needs with capacities, through building upon the community as an important source of information and capabilities BORDER: Advanced telecommunications services and geographic information systems (GIS) form the basis of BORDER, a new EU-funded project in Ireland designed to provide information in support of economic development on the border of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The BORDER project - "Business Opportunities for Regional Development and Economic Regeneration" is funded under the INTERREG II initiative part of the EU's Structural Funds which supports cooperation between regions in neighbouring countries. CATCH: The European citizens interest in Health is increasing and with it, his/her need for information. The project CATCH has found this to be true. The aim of CATCH II is to validate a conpcept for a network based European information service on Health. This service is directed at the layperson. It is based on a multimedia and multilingual advisory system for Health which can be used without any expert knowledge. The tool can also be used by professionals in the field of Health when working with patients, clients, or customers. IRDSS: The project, known as Integrated Regional Development Support Systems (IRDSS), had a number of specific objectives: • Begin to build the telematic tools to empower local communities to construct a physical, economic, environmental and social model of their localities; • Construct a framework for the decentralisation of work and distribution of services from regional to local level; and • Lay the telematic foundations for the economic and developmental interaction of geographically distant localities and regions in the future. The targeted users of the project included local and regional governments, community-led development groups, businesses and ordinary citizens. SPIRIT: Following the strategic initiative of the European Commission to encourage the use of national languages, the SPIRIT initiative (Supporting Peripheral Industries with Realistic applications of Internet-based Technologies) has been set up specifically to support and target new market opportunities for small businesses. It aims to do this by providing a dedicated Internet-based service for tackling the problems small businesses encounter in translating foreign language documents.
