We have extensively tested the application on computers, laptops, and smart devices. If the application is not working on your computer or mobile device please let us know and we will investigate the problem for you. The Private Well Assessment Application generates a set of recommendations for you based on the answers you provided in the assessment survey. • Contact your local Environmental Health Officer: The Health Service Executive website provides a list of contact details for all local Environmental Health Officers in Ireland

• there have been substantial groundworks carried out on your site
• there has been a change to the source or the treatment of your water source

There is no limit to the number of times they survey can be carried out. We encourage Private Well owners to re-take the survey on a regular basis.
